Arsenii Sergeev Gets His Second NHL Start in Colorado, and Murashov, Greaves, Oettinger, Blackwood and Stolarz Are Set for Saturday Night

Flames coach Ryan Huska says Arsenii Sergeev starts at Colorado on the second night of a back-to-back. NHL.com says Sergei Murashov starts for Pittsburgh at Montreal, Rick Bowness has named Jet Greaves for Columbus at Dallas, and reporters say Jake Oettinger, Mackenzie Blackwood and Anthony Stolarz are in net.

Seven of Saturday night's eight starters are now named. Only Vancouver's is still a projection.

Flames at Avalanche, 10 p.m. ET

Flames: Arsenii Sergeev, confirmed. There was no morning skate in Denver, but coach Ryan Huska said the one lineup change will come in goal, with Sergeev set to make his second career NHL start, Flames digital producer Chris Wahl posted. Flames broadcaster Derek Wills posted the same. Per Wahl, the 23-year-old won his NHL debut on April 16, making 27 saves in a 3-1 win over Los Angeles. Calgary is on the second night of a back-to-back after Dustin Wolf made 20 saves in Friday's 6-2 win against Seattle, and NHL.com reports Devin Cooley (lower body) is week to week.

Avalanche: Mackenzie Blackwood, confirmed. "Blackwood in net for the Avs tonight on Halloween," Altitude Sports Radio's Jesse Montano posted. NHL.com's projected lineups also listed Blackwood, with Scott Wedgewood second.

Penguins at Canadiens, 7 p.m. ET

Penguins: Sergei Murashov, confirmed. "Murashov will make his first start in five games," says the status report in NHL.com's game preview, which lists Arturs Silovs second. Silovs started Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to Utah. Montreal's Jacob Fowler was confirmed this morning, and NHL.com says Samuel Montembeault is day to day.

Blue Jackets at Stars, 8 p.m. ET

Blue Jackets: Jet Greaves, confirmed. "Rick Bowness says Jet Greaves will start in goal tonight against Dallas," DLLS Sports' Owen Newkirk posted. NHL.com says Ivan Provorov is expected to make his season debut.

Stars: Jake Oettinger, confirmed. "Jake Oettinger will start in net vs. Columbus tonight," Stars radio analyst Bruce LeVine posted after the morning skate, and DallasStars.com's Mike Heika posted "Oettinger in goal."

Maple Leafs at Canucks, 7 p.m. ET

Maple Leafs: Anthony Stolarz, confirmed. "Anthony Stolarz starts for Leafs tonight," Daily Faceoff Vancouver's Jeff Paterson posted. NHL.com had listed Stolarz first, with Sergei Bobrovsky second.

Canucks: Leevi Merilainen, expected. He is still only a projection: NHL.com lists him first, with Kevin Lankinen second, and we had not seen a team or reporter confirmation at our 5:15 p.m. ET check.

Every game is on the Oct. 31 board, along with the afternoon results in our afternoon recap. Nothing here is betting advice.
