These terms govern your use of Lineup Confirmed, a website operated by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site

Lineup Confirmed publishes news about which players are expected or confirmed to start sporting events. Lineups change, sometimes minutes before a game. We label each starter “expected” or “confirmed” and link the source we relied on, but we do not guarantee that any listed player will start or play.

No betting, fantasy or financial advice

Nothing on the site is betting, gambling, fantasy-sports or financial advice. Do not rely on the site to place a wager or make any financial decision. If you choose to gamble, you are responsible for following the law where you live. If gambling is causing you harm, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER in the United States.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to read the site. You may share links to pages and quote short excerpts with a link back. You may not copy, scrape or republish our articles or lineup pages for commercial use without written permission.

Articles link to team, league and media sources we do not control. Team names, league names and logos belong to their owners. Their mention here is for identification and news reporting only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Lineup Confirmed is not affiliated with the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, the Premier League or any team.
