Kraken: Philipp Grubauer, expected. Grubauer "should be back in there Friday for a second straight game based of the morning skate," the Kraken's Geoff Baker wrote in the team's game preview. NHL.com's projected lineups also list Grubauer first in goal, with Joey Daccord second. Seattle has not formally announced a starter, so he stays expected on the Oct. 30 board until the team or a reporter at the rink confirms it.

Flames: Dustin Wolf, confirmed. Wolf starts at home, Flames radio's Pat Steinberg posted. Puck drop is 8 p.m. ET at Scotiabank Saddledome.

Grubauer's recent run

Grubauer started Wednesday's 5-4 home win against Toronto and made 18 saves on 22 shots, the NHL.com box score shows. His NHL.com player page lists him at 5-1-1 with a 2.93 goals-against average and a .898 save percentage in eight games. The Kraken preview notes he is 5-0-1 in his last six outings.

Seattle (8-4-1) has won three of its past four games, NHL.com says. The Kraken beat Calgary 6-1 twice early this season.

Calgary's side

Devin Cooley is week to week with a lower-body injury and was placed on injured reserve Friday, per the NHL.com preview. Arsenii Sergeev, recalled from the AHL on Friday, is projected as Wolf's backup. Our Wolf story has more on the Cooley injury.

Calgary plays again Saturday at Colorado. No Flames starter is named for that game yet; it is unconfirmed on the Oct. 31 board.
